    What Exactly Glabnak Does

    Glabnak Productions is, in as few words as possible, a multimedia company. We plan to make comics, podcasts, machinima, shorts (animated or otherwise), T-shirts (and other merchandise), music, and a ton of other things we haven’t thought up yet. We want to try everything, do everything, and most of all we want money want to build a community around what we love to do.

    So, maybe I can hint at a few projects we’ve got coming up. Our first goal is comics. This is pretty essential. Most of all, though, we’ll be trying to create a vast amount of content in as little time as possible (in what little free time we have). Comics take about the shortest time (we hope), but moreover we really want as much on this site as possible. Machinima is more of a long-term goal (we have video capture equipment and video editing software, but we don’t have nearly enough time to plan anything out or to actually capture any of the footage from games), but podcasts are more short-term, and I’m personally hoping to start making them soon (no guarantee on the date, though).

    What will we do for podcasts? Hell if I know. We’ll probably just be talking about the things we like and the things we do: music, games, books, technology, and a heap of other stuff. As some of you may know, I Livestream when I draw, and I’ll continue to do this. Unfortunately, it’s not the best for doing anything for podcasts (not with their CPU-devouring software and my, for lack of a better term, meager Internet connection). I’ll end up recording those and then editing them and posting them on YouTube, because (and trust me on this) there will be multiple takes.

    Shorts! We don’t have anything planned. We’ll come up with something. Eventually.

    Pants! Erm.

    Music! This one I’m really just going with “screw it, let’s stop lollygagging and make something.” This is a bit of a secret, but it involves some rarely-heard music in a probably made-up genre. Expect something within the next few months, whether they be rough cuts or what have you.
